A Home for Your Livestock Sale or Show Event


Sale/Show Pavilion    
     Welcome your guests into our 80' X 100' Show/Sale Pavilion equipped for internet sales with hard-wired 3G DSL, flat-screen monitors, Wi-Fi, and a 20' X 20' sale ring. The rear portion of the building can be used for livestock shows with a 50' X 80' arena area adjacent to the Stall Barn.


Stall Barn
     The 86' X 100' open-sided stall barn can be equipped with pens for moving and sorting up to 400 head of cattle for a production sale. To utilize the stall barn for show cattle the pens can be converted to tie up to 250 head of cattle, and 5'x5' pens are available for penning goats, lambs, and pigs for shows and sales.
     The Stall Barn is wired for optimum show cattle usage with individual circuits for each stall with over 65 outlets.

Meeting Hall
     The 60' X 60' Meeting Hall is the facility welcome center with space to accommodate up to 200 people in banquet hall seating. This climate-controlled building is equipped with handicap-accessible restrooms and a serving area for catered events including a pre-sale lunch or dinner. Modern equipment of plasma screen and Wi-Fi makes this facility an ideal location for a field day, livestock clinic, or a junior show.
     The Meeting Hall is also a great location for a corporate meeting, family reunion, or wedding reception.
